Yoga Teacher Trainings 2025

They are the Yoga Teacher Training company where my journey began in 2018. They have been changing lives (including mine) for over twenty years. It's an honour and a privilege to now work for them for the last two years co-leading in Mexico, Peru & Bali, taking people on the same journey I went on 7 years ago.

The trainings give you two fantastic sequences in Hatha & Vinyasa ensursing you are Yoga Studio ready after graduating! I still teach these flows to this day and people love them! Unlike other trainings,  we get you teaching and adjusting on day one so you are confident teaching & assisting your students!

This is such a strong foundation for your first training (it got me into Yoga Studios all across London) and it springboards you into your spirituality as we dive deep into Chakras, Yoga Sutras, & much more...​
