Cancellation Policy

Retreat Booking Terms: Deposit & Cancellation Policy Deposit To secure your place on the retreat, a non-refundable deposit of £199 is required at the time of booking. Your spot is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Final Balance The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before the start of the retreat. If booking within 60 days of the retreat start date, full payment is required upon booking. Cancellations & Refunds Up to 90 days before the retreat: You may cancel for any reason and receive a refund minus the deposit. 60–89 days before the retreat: 50% of the total retreat cost will be refunded. 30–59 days before the retreat: 25% refund. Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refund is available. Transfers If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your booking to another person with prior written notice and approval.
